Our company mission is to provide our customers with a professionally performed energy analysis (HERS) rating as prescribed by U.S. Department of Energy, Resnet and the EPA.

Vision

It is our vision that homebuilders and consumers want to strive to construct the most energy efficient housing and commercial buildings possible.  We at CER, hope to use our expertise to educate our customers and the general public towards that goal and help insure a more energy efficient tomorrow.

Execution of Vision & Mission

CER will market and offer our services to the construction industry and the general public not solely as a "rating service" but as "energy consultants" dedicated to helping our customers execute an energy savings "housing system" from plans to finish.

We will make available our services to management, to your sub-contractors and employees with one goal; turning out a high quality energy efficient home.
