A Qualified Energy Star New Home Receives An Energy Star Certificate And Energy Star Label.
EPA'S ENERGY STAR FOR HOMES CERTIFICATION
A Qualified Resnet Hers Rated Home Receives A Hers Certificate And (*upon Request) A Builder Branded Label.
Each Program Is Nationally Recognized And Is Based On The Hers Index. Both Programs Compare The Energy Performance Of A Home To Others In The Market And Include The Projected Utility Costs.
